How it works

A clear, reassuring path to better regulation.

From your first conversation to ongoing training, every step is designed to feel clear, personal and supportive.

Step 01

Free discovery call

Optional

A first conversation to understand your needs and explain how NeuroSync works.

  • Share your goals, concerns and expectations
  • Ask questions in a calm, no-pressure setting
  • Understand whether neurofeedback is the right next step

This call is designed to leave you informed, reassured and clear about what comes next.

Step 02

Initial assessment & Brain Map

Mandatory

We begin with a structured assessment to build a strong starting point for your programme. Before the appointment, you may complete a brief health questionnaire and short cognitive tests. During the session, we discuss your history, current challenges and objectives, then record your EEG using gentle, non-invasive sensors placed on the scalp.

  • Comfortable and non-invasive recording
  • A visual map of how different brain areas are functioning
  • A clearer basis for recommendations and next steps

The Brain Map helps us identify patterns, strengths and areas that may benefit most from training.

Step 03

Review the results

Your Brain Map is explained in a clear, visual way so the findings are easy to understand.

  • See the main patterns that stand out
  • Highlight strengths and areas of imbalance
  • Identify the functions that could benefit most from training

This step turns technical data into a meaningful conversation about your brain, your goals and the opportunities ahead.

Step 04

Create a personalised protocol

Using your assessment and Brain Map, we design a training plan tailored to your goals and your brain's unique profile.

  • Neurofeedback as the core training method when appropriate
  • Neuromodulation or neurostimulation if relevant
  • Additional supportive methods adapted to your needs

The result is a focused protocol built around the areas that matter most to you, with a clear direction for progress.

Step 05

Train, measure and adapt

Training takes place over regular sessions, with progress monitored and the programme refined over time.

  • Watch a film or listen to music while feedback runs in real time
  • Measure meaningful changes as sessions progress
  • Adjust the protocol whenever needed

This ongoing process helps support steady, sustainable improvements over time.
