This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the NeuroSync public website (neurosync.lu). It does not cover in-clinic care, brain training sessions or client records. If you become a client, separate privacy information applies to those services.

Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following information:

• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message when you send us a message through the contact page.
• Newsletter: email address when you subscribe to updates through the footer form.
• Online booking: if you book a consultation, you leave this site and use our external scheduling service at my.neurofeedback-luxembourg.com, which has its own privacy information.
• Technical data: standard server and security logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking on the public website today.

We process personal data only where we have a valid reason under applicable data protection law, including:

• To respond to contact requests and pre-booking questions (legitimate interest, or steps at your request before a contract).
• To send newsletter updates where you have subscribed (consent).
• To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that help us run the website.
• Our online booking provider when you choose to schedule through my.neurofeedback-luxembourg.com.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) when your browser loads typography used on the site.
• Social networks if you follow links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or X.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their marketing.

We use Google Maps Platform to show our Google Maps rating and reviews on this website. The request is made from our server. Your browser does not load Google scripts, iframes or cookies for this feature. Google still processes the place data we request, which may include reviewer names, photos, review text and related metadata, and this can involve a transfer of data to Google.

This privacy policy incorporates Google's Privacy Policy and Google Maps Platform Terms of Service for that processing.

The public website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used where needed to operate the site securely. A cookie consent banner is planned for the future.
